I have never done Pilates before, where do I start?


As a complete beginner you will need to have a 1:1 introduction before joining a group class. In this introduction session you will be taught the basic principles as well as being introduced to equipment so that you can join a group class with confidence. We can also discuss your personal goals and any limitations you may have.




Do I need to book?


Yes. Classes have a limited number of spaces so you will need to pre-book to guarantee a space.




Should I bring anything with me?


All equipment and mats are provided at the studio. If you would like to bring your own mat to your matwork class you are welcome to do so.




What should I wear?


Socks are required to be worn in all classes. If you are attending a reformer class it is recommended that you wear socks with grip. A sports top and leggings or shorts should be worn so that you can move comfortably and without restriction.




Is there parking?


Yes, there is free parking outside the studio.




What if I can't attend my class?


A 24-hour advance cancellation period applies to all group classes and privates.




How long does my block of classes last for?


The 10 classes in a block (mat or reformer) need to be used within a 12 week period
