A whole body workout on the Reformer. Variable spring tension on the Reformer challenges and supports.

This will address your concerns and requirements. This is ideal if you are recovering from an injury, or would like a more personalised session.

Have a session dedicated to you and a friend or partner. The more personalised approach of a private with the added company of working out with a friend or partner. 

 
The Studio

The Pilates studio is based in the Runner Bean Gym in Upper Rissington, Gloucestershire.

About me

Charlotte Barnes is a Certified STOTT Pilates Mat and Reformer Instructor teaching group matwork and reformer classes as well as privates.

Timetable

Classes Monday-Friday as well as privates. 

With limited spaces in classes (six in reformer, ten in mat) booking in advance is required. Please contact to book. Classes are 55 minutes.
